Items in Celtic Tales: Balor of the Evil Eye are used for enhancing a champion's parameters and improving their overall performance. Although they are divided into two categories (weapons and accessories), only one item can be equipped at a time while the rest are stored at a province's treasury.

To acquire a common item, the player must craft one at the burg or confiscate them from captives. These can also be used as bartering goods by caravans. Unique treasures, on the other hand, can only be obtained by following specific requirements.
