Daisuke Namikawa (浪川 大輔, Namikawa Daisuke, born April 2, 1976 in Tokyo) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Stay-Luck. He is currently married since 2001 and has two children. His hobbies include handball, table tennis, and aikido. He also likes eating ramen and cold sweets. Some of his known pet names are Hemokawa-san and Dai-chan. People tend to confuse him with fellow voice actor Daisuke Hirakawa due to how similar their names are when written in kanji.

Namikawa started acting when he was 8, but fully devoted himself to voice-over roles after suffering a car accident thirteen years later. 2010 saw him make his debut as a director with the live-action film Wonderful World. In that same year, he began a music career under the Kiramune label and was titled "Best Supporting Actor" in the 4th Seiyu Awards.

Throughout his career, Namikawa's vocal versatility has landed him different types of roles ranging from light-hearted characters to more somber ones. He is credited for voicing Ulquiorra Cifer in Bleach, Italy in Hetalia: Axis Powers, and Rokuro "Rock" Okajima in Black Lagoon. Namikawa is also the official Japanese dub artist for Elijah Wood and Hayden Christensen.
