Jinnan High School (神南高校, Jin'nan-kōkō) is a fictional high school introduced in Kiniro no Corda 3. It is located near Kobe's scenic mountain areas; Ikuta Shrine and Mount Rokkō are close landmarks. Kobe's other famous tourist attractions are often included in events with this school.

Jinnan roughly translates as "southern gods". Characters from this school have a naming motif which suggests transient or natural Japanese aesthetics.

Role in Games[]

Jinnan is a chain of schools with primary, secondary, and college facilities located on a large campus near the industrial bay area. The three-step program is popular among the 2,000 students who often grow up together. The luxurious four-story building is known for hosting a formal ball in the grand dance hall every spring. The school has a prestigious chapel that serves as an auditorium and is often used for meetings and weddings. The chapel's tall stained glass windows attract many tourists, and a security guard is stationed there due to its popularity. Students can freely wander the campus, which includes air-conditioned rooms for extracurricular activities, a small fridge, a nice garden with seasonal flowers, and a playground suitable for tea parties.

Visitors to the school will see a mermaid fountain near the entrance. Students call it "Ms. Mermaid" and believe she brings good luck. If you toss a coin into the fountain and it lands in the water, Ms. Mermaid will grant your wish. Students often meet at the fountain.

Jinnan has a great reputation for its clubs, which have won many local and national competitions. The Orchestra Club is competing in the national high school music tournament.
