Morgan (モーガン) is an ex-Marine captain who was in charge of Shells Town. He had captured a swordsman named Roronoa Zoro for defying him. Before he can execute the swordsman, Luffy deflects the bullets from the firing squad with his rubber body.
Coby then inspires Luffy to punish Morgan for his cruelty. After a long fight, Morgan is defeated by Luffy, and Shells Town is freed. The Marines stationed were kind enough not to report Luffy's piracy to Headquarters, and transported Morgan there. However, Morgan escaped in transportation, and has disappeared.
Role in Game[]
In some Dream Log battles, Morgan can be found on the run from Monkey D. Garp and Coby. He may also be seen being paid off by Arlong to attack civilians.
Personality[]
Morgan is known to threaten execution on anyone who disagrees with his rule and desired greatness.

Fighting Style[]
Morgan usually fights with an axe in the place of a right hand. He can make shockwaves if he slams his axe hard enough. He also partially shares his moveset with Crocodile.
Attack List[]
- Normal Attack: Same as Crocodile's normal attack except with his right axe hand.
- Strong Attack: Swings his axe hand right, sending a shockwave diagonally right, then swings the axe left sending a shockwave diagonally left, then straight forward sending a shockwave forward.
- Large Shockwave: Morgan slams the strong with his axe sending a large shockwave of energy forward.
- Musou: Iron Axe Punishment: Morgan spreads himself, then jumps and slams his axe hard enough to cause a shockwave that will knock enemies away.
