Lady Momosame (桃雨城主, Momosame Jōshu) is the Peach Castle Lord in the Murasame Castle Mode featured in Samurai Warriors 3. Momosame is the fourth castle lord that Takamaru comes across. She uses Ayame's body to gain the other castle lords' gems for herself.
Role in Game
Momosame Castle is filled with lightning-elemental female soldiers dressed in purple, and her castle is filled with giant peaches that sit on the ground, when attacked they will either drop items or explode. Peach blossom petals also float through the air and litter the ground whereas the walls are decorated with screen paintings of beautiful courtesans. She fills her castle with warp points that lead to different rooms and illusions of other warriors, including Takamaru.
When the player reaches Momosame's inner lair, she will summon her minions as well as create a duplicate of herself. On Normal Mode she fights using Nō's moveset, but on Nightmare Mode she takes on a more demonic form and uses Kotarō's moveset. Her stats are higher than normal enemy officers. She keeps a pink colored gem within her possession, which Takamaru receives after her defeat.
If the players collect forty-six tanuki in the Nightmare difficulty setting, they can use Momosame's human model for their own characters.
Character Information
Personality
Momosame is arrogant and prideful as her castle is elegant and beautiful. Believing her self to be the most powerful of the four Lords she used Ayame's body to help Takamaru destroy the other Lords so as to take their crystals for her self. Her self loving nature is evident in her castle as it is filled with illusions of many large masculine warriors who fight at her beck and call.
