Personal items (キャラアイテム, Chara Item) are treasures assigned to each character in Warriors Orochi. These items boost a character's performance in battle, particularly their R1 abilities, and additionally allude to a personal note regarding each character. Like other rare items in previous Warriors games, they all need certain requirements to complete in order to obtain them, which are listed in the character list below.

Here is a list of notes to keep in mind while trying to get any personal treasure.

• Treasures can be obtained on any difficultly and in either mode (Story or Free). Two players can also work together for each treasure.
• The character for the particular treasure must be in the team.
• In regards to the requirement of defeating certain enemies, it has to be done with the character the treasure is for. While playing with two players, the combined total KO count will added up for the requirement.
• When the treasure notice flashes on the screen, find a red and gold box (for Samurai Warriors characters) or a purple and silver box (for Dynasty Warriors characters). Pausing the battle screen and going through the battle history is always a good way to display where it is a second time.
• Personal items are never technically visible but there are a few ways to see that it was obtained. In the character select screen, characters with their items will have a tiny box () next to their name. Selecting these characters in the battle preparation screens through the team overview option also shows the personal item's name. The character's fourth image in their gallery section will also be unlocked when these are obtained.

Warriors Orochi 2 replaces this concept by allowing higher proficiency levels for each character.

1. Rescue all of the Hōjō generals and have Pang De praise the player.

3. Defeat 300 (no time limit)

The item will appear near Cao Ren's initial position.

Note: The Hojo MUST survive, other allies may be defeated. The first two steps must be done before the message that "enemies will charge the yellow forces" appears.

Note: Speed is essential. Just go outside Nene's main camp until Kotaro and Hanzo spawn. After that, hurry to defeat Kunoichi.

2. Pick up all presents peasants offer after being rescued.

The item will appear near the player's initial starting point (after Zhen Ji shows up).

Note: Masamune is the last officer and the stage must not end so soon (the item will show up after defeating Masamune before the stage ends).

Requirements: Before Cao Pi arrives, complete the steps. After Cao Pi arrives, complete the steps.

1. Defeat 6 officers.

3. Form an alliance with Huang Zhong's army.
4. Huang Zhong and Guan Ping both have thei health at 80% or higher.

The item will appear inside of the central area after all allies advance.

Requirements: Within 12 minutes, do the following:

1. Escort Sakon Shima to the escape point without him taking any damage.

3. Defeat 100 enemies before Da Qiao's reinforcements appear.

The item will appear near where Da Qiao's reinforcements appear.

Notes: To trigger Zhang He's ambush, the player must reach the outer gate of the southeastern garrison must be reached before Sun Ce.

The item will appear in the northwest base (not the cannon base).

The item will appear near the northern wall of the northwestern castle.

2. Defeat Cao Ren, Hao Zhao, Yu Jin, Gao Shun, Cao Zhen, Zhu Huan, Ding Feng, Fu Shi Ren, and Nagayuki Miyoshi.
3. Defeat the two bridge Defense Captains.
4. Defeat Zhou Tai after the bridge collapses.
5. Defeat 300 enemies.

The item will appear on the eastern path.

Requirements: Within 7 minutes,

1. Defeat every other officer save for Lu Xun, Ling Tong, and Yorichika Shichiri after their ambush is sprung.
2. Defeat the Lead Engineers thata re sent out by Sakon Shima.
3. Defeat Sakon after Zhou Yu ordered.
4. Defeat Gan Ning after he advances, but before he reaches the ambush point.
5. Defeat 300 enemies.

The item will appear near the northwestern corner of the map.

Requirements: Within 20 minutes

1. Defend all six reinforcement officers.
2. Surround Keiji with all six reinforcement officers.
3. Defeat 300 enemies.

The item will appear near the southwestern corner of the map.

Note:Speed is needed for this stage. Allies reinforcements are summoned by hitting the drum after Lu Meng speaks. Recommend clearing as much of the enemy out (includes the base captain causes the enemies to respawn) before hitting the drum since allies will have to less deal with on their way towards Keiji.

Ieyasu TokugawaEdit

History of the Tang Dynasty

Stage: Wu 1 Mt. Ding Jun

Requirements: Within 10 minutes,

1. Defeat the ambush officers ― Li Yan, Liu Feng, Hideaki Tokuyama, Cheng Yin, Zhang Yi, and Wang Ping.
2. Trigger the cutscene where Sun Ce and Ranmaru Mori duel.

The item will appear along the eastern path.

Notes: To trigger the duel cutscene, Sun Ce and Ranmaru must meet. Sun Ce cannot be in the player's party.

Requirements:

1. Defeat Ranmaru Mori within 2 minutes of his arrival.

The item will appear in the middle of the map.

Note:Ranmaru appears when Sun Ce arrives at the north middle fort(you may lure Sun Ce to the fort).

Note: Recommend defeat 100 enemies then defeat Sima Yi while making way to Mt. Tennō to defeat Zhuge Liang.
