The store can hire a maximum of 5 employees from the Spade Agency. If their performance is not satisfactory, the player can choose to replace them with more competent individuals. Here are the statistics used for each worker.

• Gender - Helps determine which outfit suits an employee best to attract potential buyers.
• Level - Indicates an employee's current job experience.
• Register - Represents an employee's efficiency in using the register.
• Service - Represents an employee's ability to interact with customers.
• Inventory - Represents an employee's diligence in restocking items.
• Salary - Indicates an employee's monthly wage.
