Richard Epcar (born April 29, 1955 in Denver, Colorado) is an American voice actor and ADR director. He operates Epcar Entertainment, Inc. in Los Angeles with his wife Ellyn Stern, and is known by various aliases.
Epcar has done over 300 different roles in many video games and anime. His vocal performances are mostly relegated to adult male characters with strong, distinct personalities like Daisuke Jigen in Lupin III, the titular character of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, and the Joker in Injustice: Gods Among Us.
