Ryoko Shiraishi (白石 涼子, Shiraishi Ryōko, born September 7, 1982 in Kashiba, Nara) is a Japanese voice actor and singer, known by her nickname "Uryocchi". She was a sprinter in high school and married in 2012, but divorced a year later.

Shiraishi tends to voice young men or older women due to her low husky voice. Some of her roles include Miyuki Takamachi in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Hayate Ayasaki in Hayate the Combat Butler, Hime "Himeko" Onizuka in Sket Dance, Asuka Kazama in Tekken series, Rem Tokimiya in Final Fantasy Type-0, and Chocho Akimichi in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
