Takashi Kondo (近藤 隆, Kondō Takashi, born May 12, 1979 in Okazaki, Aichi) is a Japanese voice actor employed by Vi-vo. A graduate of the Amusement Media Academy, he joined the voice acting industry in 1999. He is the eldest of three brothers within his family. His nickname with fans and his industry friends is "Kon-chan".

Kondo claims to be a reclusive individual yet he is known for having lively chit-chat on and off stage with other voice actors. He is drinking buddies with Wataru Hatano and Kenta Miyake. His favorite video game is Monster Hunter. He was introduced to it by Rie Tanaka and is open to invites in between recordings.

He has a growing influence in media targeting females due to his vast number of character image songs and his effeminate facial features. He voiced Claude Claudel in Croisée in a Foreign Labyrinth, Faust in the Guilty Gear series, and Minamoto no Raiko in Legend of the Millennium Dragon.
