Discovered the critical hit's actual mechanics Edit

Whenever you actually perform a charge attack with any other move damaging the enemy in a critical hit state (airborne for Technique types, staggering or hit with a Spirit Charge with Wonder types), then ANY damaging attack can result in a critical hit. For example:

  • When you connect with Mitsuhide's midair R1 Type Action on a fresh hit, press C1 quick enough so that during a hit, the launched enemies will be crit even though the C1's actual hitbox has not come out yet.
  • With Xiahou Yuan's R1 Type Action, it has a gimmick in that any action while the arrow rain damages targets, any other move done prior to that (including the R1 animation itself) can be Spirit Cancelled as early as possible even before the hitbox comes out. With this, you can Spirit Charge into a target, then instantly input a slow charge attack so that the raining arrows while they last crit any Spirit Charged-targets.

So yeah....new discovery. SneaselSawashiro (talk) 23:36, August 9, 2016 (UTC)
