Wataru Takagi (高木 渉, Takagi Wataru, born July 25, 1966 in Chiba Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Arts Vision. He studied at the Katsuta Voice Actor's Academy and made his debut in 1987. Also a stage actor, he participated in productions organized by the Akapera Club Troupe and has even done skits with fellow colleagues Kappei Yamaguchi and Tomokazu Seki. His hobby is snowboarding.

As a voice actor, Takagi's vocal versatility and thespian experience has enabled to take on a wide variety of roles. He is also notable for his proficiency in ad-libbing. Some of his roles include Eikichi Onizuka in Great Teacher Onizuka, Daffy Duck in Looney Tunes, and Zangief in most of the Street Fighter games. In 2016 he also made his debut as live action actor, playing Oyamada Shigemasa in NHK Taiga drama Sanada Maru.
