Xin Ping (onyomi: Shin Pyō) is a vassal to Han Fu and Xin Pi's brother. After Han Fu's death, he serves the Yuan family and makes great achievements as Yuan Tan's tactician. He meets with Cao Cao as an envoy presenting surrender for his lord, but Cao Cao refuses and offers Xin Ping a place as a vassal but he steadfastly refuses.
Role in Games
In Dynasty Warriors 4, Xin Ping makes a one-time appearance at Ji Province under the command of Yuan Tan.
