Yoshimasa Hosoya (細谷 佳正, Hosoya Yoshimasa, born February 10, 1982 in Onomichi, Hiroshima) is a freelance Japanese voice actor. Formerly affiliated with Mausu Promotion, he attended the agency's training school after his stint as a student director sparked his interest in theater. Although he began his career dubbing foreign films, Hosoya gained recognition for voicing Kuranosuke Shiraishi from the Prince of Tennis series. He was also voted "Best Supporting Actor" in the 2014 and 2016 Seiyu Awards.

In addition to voice acting, Hosoya and fellow voice actor Toshiki Masuda formed a singing duo called MaxBoys. Together, they released several albums and hosted weekly radio shows together. Hosoya's hobbies include watching movies and taking walks. Humorously enough, his ineptitude with electronics is the reason why he does not blog nor maintain a Twitter account.

Hosoya is able to play a variety of different characters despite his distinct vocal range. He can do smooth, gruff, and heroic voices with proficiency. Some of his more relevant roles include Masrur in Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic, Yamato Ishida in Digimon Adventure tri., and Fumikage Tokoyami in My Hero Academia.
